Dress Penelope Jeans

I have ordered 3 pieces over the last year and am extremely happy with the quality

Overall very nice dress and fabric - however the button cuff that hits mid forearm is too small for most people’s wrists. There is absolutely no way to wear it buttoned or to move the button to a place where it can be buttoned. I’m considering returning it. Very dissappointing.

Its a great dress. I am short (juat 5’1”) so trying to figure out how to manage the drop waist.
