Great Flavor
There are few coffees I like, and fewer I would spend money on. The Gallant is a robust flavor without any bite, just a smooth finish. It makes a pretty good cold brew as well.

Gallant + Spirit of Memphis = Awesome Coffee
Gallant (Roast Level Dark & Bold) Mixed with Spirit of Memphis (Roast Level Medium & Smooth). I love this 50/50 combo, just a rich flavor that helps get your day started. I've tried multiple flavors at J. Brooks but this combo is my favorite by far.
