Flow Alarm

(Android) Usable but bugged - scanning dock always opens play store link to download the app - alarm screen doesn't open when alarm plays, I have to force quit and reopen the app to get to the alarm screen, which is the only screen you can dismiss the alarm from I need this app/device to wake up but the functionality is horrible on Android. App might be ai-coded slop, disappointed Also, the physical product looks different than the picture shows, much less sleek

Update: reported to BBB Customer service is abysmal. The app has endless issues which makes the alarm nonfunctional. If you decide to try this, make sure you have alternate alarms set outside of this because you cannot count on your alarm through flow to actually save let alone actually go off in the morning. You also can’t really use the app or product at all without paying for a membership. Good luck getting any response from customer service once you receive the dock. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank since they have gone radio silent the second I requested a return and refund within the 30 day window due to the product and app not functioning at all.

Seriously, go with Unbed. Unbed has a better product and they don't make you pay a monthly fee to use it. Flow took over 2 months to get my order in the mail. They promised me a year of their plus membership for free once I receive the item as an apology but never gave me a away to redeem it and finally I asked to cancel several times before they finally shipped it but they keep refusing and wouldn't refund me. Horrible product and Horrible company. I just threw it away in the trash and didn't even bother returning it and I refuse to deal with their customer service again. Save yourself the headache.
