I wanted to let you know that since using the HiStrips and the wrist alarm (over 2 weeks now), my quality of sleep has significantly improved. Sleep quality is a metric I’ve been tracking for years using the Oura Ring, and there is a noticeable point in my data when I started to use the nasal strips (for the better).
