Xteink X4 Pocket eReader

Amaaaaazzzinnnng! I love it so much. I take it everywhere. I did accidentally put my first one in the laundry washing machine, and it was fried. But I loved it sooo much, I bought a brand new one. I read so much more now that I can take this everywhere. I can't shutup about it. I have a full size kindle paperwhite, and now basically only use my xteink pro 4 💕

I only just got mine, but I love this little thing. It just slips into my pocket and is always there, ready to go. It's hard to overstate just how powerful that is; instead of mindlessly pulling out my phone I find myself reaching for this reader instead. Because its always with me it's also turned into my main reading device, even when I'm at home and have my Kobo beside me. It's not a perfect device-the screen isn't as crisp as my Kobo, the processor is noticeably slower (but still plenty fast to actually read; page turns are near instant), the buttons feel awkward and a bit mushy (but you get used to them) and there is no touch screen. And yet in some ways these "flaws" feel like this device's superpowers. There is no glowing screen even possible; if its dark you get a light or put the book down and go to sleep. Buttons are superior to touch anyway (except when trying to type in a wifi password), and the low power means this is for reading books, and only reading books. It fills a niche I didn't know needed filling and I love it for that.

I’m an avid e-reader user. The Xtend 4 is my new super-portable "Kindle." I like its design; it’s ergonomic and simple. I’m very happy with it and hope it lasts a long time.
