Loved the product!!! The initial instructions could be a bit more clear though.

I give it 1 star because I received the product with scratches all over it, and the Kohl inside seemed used and oily. I had to wash out the product inside. I messaged the shop for clarification multiple times and never got a response. It's unfortunate, as the bullet is so beautiful!
