I haven't used it for enough time to get full results I think, but me and my fine hair love this oil! I'm halfway through the bottle right now, and it + my iron supplements have my part looking so much better and my hair feeling fuller. The light formulation is great

I have tried both of the oils and can say that the lightweight oil is way much better for my fine hair. Not to oily.
