Lovely product, it just takes a little getting used to, the puppies needed to be coersed at the start. As the stairs are soft and slightly slippery under foot

Well made product, however the cover of the stairs is plush but slippery and a little too steep for our girl. We put a towel on the stairs which fixed the problem of slipping.

Steps are too short for any bed or chair; way overpriced.
