Marlo&Co™ Single Travel Seat

Unfortunately, ours arrived with one of the four vertical zips having no zipper foot. This means it can't do up, and we don't have a safe way to pick up our puppy from interstate this weekend. Have contacted Marlo&Co now through the contact form and will see what they can do to rectify it. Overall, my impressions of the product are positive, but quality seems kind of average (looking at stitching, construction etc), and certainly quality control could do with an improvement given the price tag. Overall, if it weren't for the zipper issue I'd probably give it 4*

Very poor quality product, the first one delivered, the zip came apart whilst putting it in the car, i asked for a refund, they ignored that and sent another. This time , 2 months later, all the stitching is pulling apart on the sides. My dog only weighs 32kg. The product is not strong enough, customer service is ignoring me, and i want a refund of my money.

Product broke basicallly as soon as it was used. Customer service is horrific and has ghosted me. We have owned car seat covers from different brands and they have never broken. Unfortunately, i don’t recommend this product especially at this price point.
