AP Frosted Stainless Steel Magnetic Band For Apple Watch

I was really disappointed with this purchase. The watch band itself looked nice, but the metal connectors that slide into my Apple Watch are too thick and get stuck when trying to install or remove the band. That’s not something I’ve experienced with other compatible bands.

I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the product; the strap is stiff and doesn't wrap around the wrist properly. I sent an email requesting a return, but they have remained silent and haven't replied.
