Holiday Silicone Band for Garmin Watch

Very disappointing experience. The strap was incompatible with my watch, but when I asked for a refund they did not want to know and instead tried to pursuade me to purchase another strap. The whole process for seeking a refund is a sham as the return address is in Hong Kong and the cost of return postage outweighs the cost of the refund. After numerous emails back and forth trying to establish a satisfactory outcome, I gave up. Email responses where very impersonal, probably because they were from an AI bot! I won't be using them again.

The purpose of the design works. The black paint of the lock it’s already fading/falling off. The company sent me 2 black straps instead of red one and a black one, and they blamed me for it and they didn’t want to exchange it for the right one, instead they wanted me to buy one more with a discount trying to make me spend some more money.
