Product is A1, will not lie about that. The issue we had was poor…no communication when we emailed and somewhat of a delay in ship times. Being a first time customer, having a sense of customer communication is a direct relection of customer service and is what keeps a consumer coming back. But all in all the products made it safely. Hopefully we’ll order again.

The quality of the product doesn’t seem to match the price. The packaging wasn’t good— no box, sneakers came mashed up. They dont respond to emails and shipping took like 2 weeks.
