The delivery took quite a long time — over two weeks — so if you’re considering ordering, I would definitely recommend purchasing well in advance. In my case, I wasn’t able to pick up the package in time, so it was sent back and then resent, which caused a few delivery hiccups.
However, I was really positively surprised by the customer service. They were very responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole situation, so I’m not deducting any stars for the delivery issues.
As for the products themselves, I’m absolutely in love with them! Everything is really good quality, made from soft, baby-friendly materials, and beautifully packaged. All the items feel well thought out and perfect for little ones. I would definitely recommend to other parents! ❤️
