BioThane® Waterproof Buckle Dog Collar

The bucklr is too long. My dog needs the smallest setting for this collar it theres a lot sticking out. The loop diesnt move. Its right up on the buckle. I posdibly need another loop to hold down the extra thats sticking out. Shes still growing so hopefully in a few months she can wear it. For now im not using it. It is just too awkward. The color is beautiful.
