FRUIT ANGEL — Uganda Washed Pineapple Co-ferment — Sironko Station

I already knew this would be good!

I saw that it was co-fermented with pineapple and had to try it. The pineapple flavor is subtle (at least when i brew as espresso or French press) it’s an extremely enjoyable coffee to drink though. The sweetness really shines with a slightly longer extraction time. It’s a bright cup and ideal any time of day!
