In order to get a complete introduction to the brand, I ordered a few items - Clover Shampoo & Conditioner, Leave In Spray, Curl Defining Gel, and Curl Foam - and I genuinely love them all. To be fair, I’ve only used them all together, so I’m not sure how each would work individually. But they’re designed to be used in tandem, so at least they work as designed. Usually, after a wash-and-go, my scalp is itchy and there’s a ton of product buildup… in only a couple of days. And this is when I’ve used other clean brands and “lightweight” products before! With Twelve12, so far, my scalp is less itchy AND my curls last longer. I don’t know why the gel and foam work so well for my curl type (3A-3B), but they do. The hold is great and there is NO crunch - which is so weird to me, since I’m not accustomed to such defined curls without the heaviness that typically comes with it. I’ve only had the products for a couple of weeks, so hopefully, I still love them months down the road, but right now, I’m really happy to have found them.
