we bought these for our girlfriend who had just lost her Mother. She loves them! Your customer service was prompt, I had a question, and they corrected me as I forgot to put the year of life and death. They also arrived at my girlfriend’s house while the celebration of life was going on. She was so touched and the personalization was beautifully printed.
