Would Not Recommend

I cannot in good faith write a complete review of the product but I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I purchase this product for a family member as a baby shower gift. Upon opening and inspecting it, he noticed one of the snaps was broken. I reached out to the company (2 different ways) before the return date and did not hear back from anyone. My brother-in-law reached and got a response. The person offered a refund but when my BIL said ‘yes’ then he has been ghosted. I then tried again on the wake message thread and still no response. I understand things happen with products. However, I am frustrated with the lack of communication.

My nephew wanted the grey but I bought the brown baby carrier from this company because when I spoke with someone at the business I was told they didn’t have the gray baby carrier that I was looking for. Then I was looking on EBAY and this company is selling the gray baby carriers, supposedly. I ordered it and after weeks of waiting EBAY actually refunded me the money. However, this company is still trying to sell the grey carrier. They keep moving the availability date out further every week or so. What a huge disappointment from a misleading company.
