Esterbrook × Crane Mariner Fountain Pen

This is a beautiful, heirloom quality pen. The wood body is smooth, and I can tell it’s going to patina to an even more beautiful, rich, smooth brown with time. I use it so much, it’s already beginning to patina. The navy blue resin is gorgeous and the gold trim is like icing on the cake. I especially appreciate the Esterbrook inscription at the base of the cap on the gold trim. Classy. I bought mine with the stub nib because I like the look of the thick downstroke. It glides over the paper like satin through fingertips. Esterbrook Estie’s in any form or style are my favorite pens but this has quickly become my favorite among favorites.

I haven’t inked her yet, I’m waiting for the right color. She is beautiful and the box with all the goodies in it makes it even better❣️❣️❣️
