I originally received the wrong order and it was fixed and it was corrected immediately and super easy to communicate with. Had the order corrected in 3 days!

Bought another popular bag before finding this and I am way more pleased with this one’ the canvas is much thicker fabric and sturdier! I love all the dedicated sections in the front that keep all my pens and highlighters snug and safe from falling or rolling around. The structured pouches makes this bag so function and easy to travel with!

This was a perfect Mother’s Day gift for my wife, who developed a passion for pottery in retirement. She loved the gifts and became the envy of her pottery studio co-potters. When it looked like there may have been a delivery snafu that would have made the gifts arrive after Mother’s Day, the owner responded immediately to my concern and personally intervened to send both of my orders (the bag and the pouch) by overnight mail.
