Update: I was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed by Soolla when they reached out via email to discuss my experience with their product. Their response was cordial, professional and very helpful. I have since received a larger Studio Bag from Soolla (in “Coffee Bean”) so now I am able to stow plenty of gear. I am now using it as my EDC for my markers, pens, stamps, stickers, ink pads, journal, etc. I will say that the slots for the pens are snug but I placed my 3mm POSCA markers in them and left them there 4-5 days so that the canvas would stretch out and that did the trick! I no longer struggle to get pens in and out. Soolla obviously cares about their customers’ satisfaction. I am happy to report they have made a great impression on me which is why I am changing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Original Review: This was my first time ordering anything from Soolla. I searched on Amazon for several months debating whether to get the Soolla, the Delfonics Inner Carrying SizeM CA83 in Yellow, Or a generic imported version E-WEICHEN Multiple Pockets Portfolio Organizer. In the end I chose Soolla because they were offering a studio bag on their website at a discount and I really liked the color combination of Black, Tan and Deep Yellow. I was so excited to receive my bag but unfortunately the excitement faded quickly once I unpacked it and realized how extremely small it was— and how poorly crafted the exterior pockets were. The bag is made out of a lovely canvas, the colors are gorgeous but it’s so narrow in depth you can barely get anything inside once I place my Passport Journal in it. And the exterior pockets are sewn up so flat and tight that I can barely force my felt pens into the pockets. Unfortunately, even at a discount I cannot recommend this tiny useless bag for organizing craft or for toting stationery supplies because I can’t fit anything into it. I ended up ordering the E-WEICHEN Multiple Pockets Portfolio Organizer (it’s only $16!) from Amazon. I needed to buy something that would accommodate my journal, a couple of washi tapes,a small scissor, a handful of pens and some stickers. The Soolla will accommodate some supplies or my Passport Journal but not both. It’s very expensive for basically a small book pouch. I hope your pouch is a better fit for you than mine is.

I love this pouch so much! It so versatile and very well made. I have a strap to make it a purse and its great to be able to have such quick access to my fav sketching tools. Definitely going to get the bag some day.
