There is so little instructions as to settings that I'm not sure how to really use it.

It really works

I have used my TENS 7000 for several years. I have muscle pain and nerve damage due to polio. The TENS unit helps decrease tingling nerve sensations and reduce muscle pain significantly. I love this product because I rarely use pain medication now I just use my TENS 7000 twice a day as needed. I highly recommend this product.
