I actually didn’t start using the pillow until last night. I’ve used the soft loft pillow for so many years that you gradually don’t realize that there’s little support after 5 or 10 minutes. I’m using the medium loft pillow now and I woke up without tightness in both my neck and shoulders plus, I’m getting the loft I need for my allergies and asthma…too early to tell for sure but, so far so good.

I’ve bought before and loved the pillow. This one is not as soft but I’ve had the first pillow over 30 years. This one is not as soft. Maybe because the other is old. But it’s a beautiful pillow and came in a bag I am now using for travel. Unexpected bonus!
