Down Alternative Pillow

Omg, a game changer! Love this pillow wo much. I feel like im sleeping on clouds, but has a nice support as well. Love, love love! I am a side sleeper so i got the fluff firm.

The pillow is just ok. I can't say that I think it is an amazing pillow or any different from pillows you can buy anywhere. I was thinking that maybe it is because I bought the down alternative instead of the down, so on Saturday at 11:00 EST I called the number on the webpage because it said their hours included Saturday at the time I was calling, but a recorded message said that they weren't open. I tried a few other times during the day and got the same. So I sent a message via the website. On Monday morning, I received a response from Emy stating she would be glad to help and asked if I was ok with the $20 difference in price and I responded yes and asked her to please set up the return and new purchase. I haven't heard back since. I have sent 2 additional messages and have heard nothing. Guessing I am stuck with the pillow despite their "money back guarantee".

I love my new pillow! For decades I have been buying pillow after pillow trying to find the perfect one. I have constantly awakened in the morning with a stiff neck and headache. I have been using my own pillow almost two weeks now and I do not have headaches or stiff neck. I think I have finally found the perfect pillow! Thank you!
