Great product, terrible shipping and customer service

Starting out by saying that I love the product. The company just makes it close to impossible to get. I placed my second order on June 7. A shipping label was created and then was never scanned to the next stop. Communicated with the company after 1.5 weeks of not showing up. Two weeks out, they issued a replacement. Guess what, still haven’t received a tracking number for the replacement. Almost a month and no product, no real solution, no expedited shipping for replacement. Super bummed because I was a new fan, but now it looks like I just need to file a chargeback and cut my losses.
