I had concerns about their customer service and shipping turnaround based on some reviews online. But I took a leap of faith, because they offered the best resell price on a shoe I was after. 3 days came and went and I didn’t get any notification or email regarding my order so I just called them up. The nice staff assured me that it was getting shipped that same day. A couple of days later I got the kicks in mint and genuine condition and I was extremely happy. My only advice is for them to immediately send a confirmation email and timeline regarding orders for the buyer’s peace of mind, because that’s already how all online shops operate.
