Quarter Lamb Bundle - 9 lbs

Lamb boneless shoulder roast done over charcoal to medium ....yummy

The lamb was delicious and tender. We followed the recipe on your website for the rack of lamb. The pistachio crust was also added to the boneless roast, and really put them both over the top. Afraid we were all so eager to try them that the cameras were set aside as we sat down to eat. Just enjoying the company and the food. Happy Easter to you all. C.McGrath
