Half Lamb Bundle - 18 lbs

I have enjoyed my 1/4 lamb. I purchased the 1/2 lamb for my Sister as well. My only concern is that I think the amount of cubed meat should increase incrementally. Quarter gets 1 lb. of cubed meat and so does the Half. I think that the Half should get 2 lbs. of cubed meat and the Whole lamb should get 3 lbs. of cubed meat. Just a thought.

Our half bundle of lamb was absolutely amazing. Perfect for summer cooking and grilling at the cottage! Looking forward to ordering again VERY soon!

So far we have only tried the ground lamb which was amazing....we added the meatballs to a veggie soup. Wow for flavour!
