6" Thin & Curved Boning Knife

I used to be a butcher meat cutter and restaurant here and I had a very sharp set of knives that were amazing and these are every bit is the same quality but they've got a much better handle that the weight on it is amazing and it is a beautiful piece of cutlery I'm very pleased with it I plan on buying more in the very near future and I'd like to have a full set of the larger butcher knives exception and steak knives thanks again couldn't be happier I'll see you in the future

have used many; but this is the best, recommend to any house cook or pro chef
