Engraved Heart Necklace - with real Rose Bear Giftbox

I liked but one thing I didn't like that is the name bcz you wrote the name very thin I couldn't find the name first 5 min...than I seen there is very thin and blur name so you need to improve that do dark black so people can see easily. Thank you.

Slightly disappointed with the name’s on the hearts, they are so faint that you can’t see them with the naked eye. You need to take a picture of the hearts with your phone and enlarge the picture on your phone to even see names but it gets blurry due to enlarging the image so you can hardly see the names. The box and teddy looks nice though. I did send pictures to the online agent but as a good will gesture they offered £20 off my next purchase but I would rather get the hearts done again so you can see the names but that wasn’t an option. Thanks

The item arrived .... box damaged and the bag that came to put the item in ..in its box was creased and unusable ... I also paid for engraving but that hadn't been done .... apart from that the item inside was lovly my wife loved it just a shame the little things uou can't get right like the packaging
