14k Diamond Accented Floral Bangles

I fell in love with these bangles when I first saw them and had to have them. I may have to exchange because they don’t stay latched. I almost lost one of them in a parking lot because it doesn’t stay latched

When I got my bracelets, one them were broke I don’t know what to do about the issue, but I would love for someone to let me know
