Good Long-Term Maintenance Device, But Results Take Time

I’m a believer in red light therapy overall, especially when used consistently. I’ve been using the Solawave Neck & Chest Pro Light Therapy Mask daily for about 6 minutes alongside the face mask, and I do think light therapy can be effective over time. That said, after a few months of consistent use, I honestly haven’t noticed any dramatic or clearly visible results specifically in my neck and chest area yet. The device is comfortable, easy to use, and fits nicely into a daily routine, which I appreciate. It also feels well made and relaxing to wear. For me, this feels more like a long-term maintenance treatment rather than something that delivers quick or transformative changes. I’m continuing to use it because I believe consistency is important with red light therapy, but I do think expectations should be realistic when it comes to noticeable improvement.

I have both the face mask and the neck/chest mask, and I am beyond impressed with them. One of the biggest things that stands out to me is the amount of coverage you get while still having such a lightweight and comfortable design. Unlike older red light masks I’ve owned, these are soft, flexible, and easy to wear without feeling heavy or restrictive. What I love most is that you can actually be mobile while using them. I’m not stuck sitting in one place plugged into a wall for 20 minutes. I can move around the house, multitask, and still get my treatment done. And the fact that it only takes 3 minutes means time back for other things. The convenience alone make these worth it. These masks have honestly become one of my favorite skincare purchases, and I only wish I had bought them sooner.
