Hard Cider Smoked Onion Mustard

This mustard is absolutely transcendent. A smoky, complex, zinging game changer that elevates whatever it touches. Love it on hard boiled eggs!

This was intriguing to me when I ordered it. Generally speaking I am not a big fan of cider. All the same, it called to me. The mustard utilizes un-ground mustard seed. Because of that, I am not quite sure how to use this just yet. I am thinking I may include it in a meatloaf mixture. It's not a condiment that I would use in the same way I would a Dijon or more traditional stone ground. But I am intrigued by it's flavor profile, and look forward to experimenting with it.
