Don't pass on this, if you like onions and some heat. Mild to medium heat, this one would be a great marinade!!! Flank steak or chicken.

This one, has a nice sweet flavor. Balanced with an aromatic smoke flavor, Not overbearing, or biter. Love the fleshy onion texture..has some heat to it, if your expecting a mild sauce. Yummy
