Waste of money

The chawan and sieve do not fit together. When filtering the matcha, the sieve continues to fall into the chawan. When I reached out to Nami regarding this, their exact words were “Unfortunately, since our matcha kits are handcrafted, there can be slight variations between pieces. While we aim to ensure all components work well together, we're unable to offer compensation or a replacement in this case.” So they essentially admitted that there is no promise the kit will work. The matcha itself is underwhelming as well. Truly, save your money and buy from a non-influencer brand. Imagine giving someone $100+ for a defective item and NOT taking it up with your credit card company… won’t be me

I LOVEEE !! this is my first time making matcha and thanks to this super cute & easy kit i made the yummiest matcha ever 🥹. the flavor is so strong & it tastes so natural i love 10/10
