BUYER BEWEAR! Got sent a broken watch and was told it’s not broken. When I sent them a video of it not working properly. All they did is say I was wrong when there is video proof of it not working. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would never do business with this company ever again. If I could give them zero stars I would. Biggest mistake ever is buying from them. The watches are so cheaply made. As soon as you have it in your hand you know the quality is completely horrid. Unless you want to buy broken and half put together watches. I wouldn’t even bother. Might as well go to the mall you will get better quality and a watch that actually works! Don’t buy from this company people!!! They will rip you off. Then not care or think twice about how they treated you.

Although the delivery took some time, I am very satisfied with my purchase. The items are beautiful and of high quality, and I anticipate making future purchases.

Got sent a broken watch sent video proof of it not working properly. They told me it works just fine when I have proof it doesn’t work. Never buy from this shady company. Just go to the mall or local jewelry store. The quality of these watches are horrid. So is the customer service.
