I really liked the first copy I received. I find the paper difficult to manage with the folded pages, so I will use a cool iron to smooth them out,

I'm trying to create moments of joy where I'm completely present and not multitasking or overthinking all the things. So when I get the latest Knit Nation, I carve out time to read it in peace. I don't usually read it all in one go, so get a few days of having a bit of time to decompress while reading or doing puzzles analog-style. My day is full of screens, flashing lights, overstimulation, and needs from numerous sources so getting to sit down with something tactile and quiet that can have my entire focus is a much needed counterpoint that helps me decompress and recharge. I feel as good after reading it as I do after a walk in the woods. Highly recommend.

I have read this from cover to cover. I started knitting 80 years ago. I will be knitting the Flamingo. The article on knitting socks brought back memories of my mother and grandmother knitting socks during WW2. They also rolled bandages.
