Beautifully made and very sharp

This is my first venture into Japanese Damascus kitchen knives. Firstly they are beautiful to look at and boy are they sharp. The first time I wiped it clean I cut my finger. I thinly sliced some fruit which was so easy. I am so pleased that I bought one of these. The staff in the shop were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me choose my knife

I just used the knife to cut some vegetables and it cuts like butter. The quality is so suprising compared to the knives I have been using. Thanks guys!
