…Clark’s daffodils

The last Sunday of his 3 1/2 year-old life my son Clark brought me daffodils he had picked from his grandmother’s yard… we lost him the following Thursday. My mother-in-law brought me a glass box which still holds those daffodils. They’ve always been my thing. They make me remember him. And the first time I put this purse on my arm, it felt like a hug from Clark. I adore it for many reasons… but mainly, I adore it because of Clark and his daffodils to me!
