They delivered the wrong one

It wasn't for model YL. It wasn't what was pictured on the site. Support sounds like they want to help but they ask for a lot of work on my part, not worth it. Please update your support process to be more friendly. We are paying a premium with the prices on this site, it's only worth it if your support is good.

Last row mats don’t fit flush

Front row and middle mats fit well-but the last row mats do not fit flush, they stick out at the top-just under the seat- a bit. Not pleased with this at all, as I was expecting a perfect fit. Would not buy again and would not recommend because of that.
