Well packed for safe shipping; about 3 man-hours to assemble; best with 2 people; clear instructions, and parts were clearly labeled, even the various different screws; the screen in place around the A/C compressor looks very presentable, even classy. ONE CAUTION: 3 of the screw holes in the panels did not quite line up with the holes in the poles, and we forced them in as far as they would go at an angle. SUMMARY: Very happy with this purchase.
