QA is required

I ordered the product where 2 screens should have been delivered. Initially I received only 1 screen. On 5/22 I sent an email stating that I had only received 1 screen. Eventually the second screen was delivered but it had different specifications. It was thinner than the first screen that I had received but it arrived with a major dent in the product frame and the frame was bent. Based upon my experience I think some QA work needs to be addressed before I would consider leaving a 4 or 5 star review.
