Bantam EXL-C

The jury is still out on whether I like this paddle. I had been using a Paddletek Tempest, which I loved; but, the paddle developed a crack along one side. I thought the Bantum used improved technology, but I am not so sure. I am still fiddling with the weight placement to get the right balance of power, spin and sweet spot. There are aspects of the Bantum I like and aspects of the Tempest I like.

Playing with the Bantam showed me just how bad my former racket was performing. What I like is the combination of control and power. While my older racket gave me control, but little power...the bantam gives me a balance of both control and power.

Its mixture of control and power is just what I have been looking for.
