Color wearing off quickly

If you want your instep guard stay in the color you bought look other brands. After moderate use, about 10 times, the color coating is wearing off showing white base. It is unbelievable, since at competition worn pads are not allowed. They are comfortable, but for reason stated above I am unlikely to buy again.
