I love everyone at Meriwether Farms . The staff are excellent and answers questions or concerns about anything immediately! The food is outstanding and beats any local butcher . After seasoning and grilling the taste and tenderness is exceptional . Unlike ANY GROCER GROUND BEEF, Meriwether Farms has no left over reside to drain . This means a one pound package is similar to a two pound package. Will not see this in grocers as the meat shrinks away .
