TheraLite Aura Light Therapy Lamp

Such a bright and uplifting light....

I absolutely love this light! I have noticed a difference in my energy levels and mood right from the first use. I live in an area where the winters are long and dark and this lamp helped me make it through. I think it would be a great addition to anyone's daily routine.

Therapy lamp has great functionality.

I cannot evaluate the therapeutic value of the lamp because I have only been using it for 2 weeks. I do love the lamp itself. it is a good size for my desk, The quality of the light is great, bright without glare, and the intensity of the light can varied substantially.

Just get me through the winter

I like the adjustable angle and the fact that it has some UV. I angle it slightly away from me and keep it one while I work at a desk. It helps. I don’t feel like crawling into a hole at the end of the short cloudy day.
