It’s THE one

I was afraid of having a very small foie gras after cooking, but... not at all. For the first time (and I bought different brands to try), with the recipe I've been using for many years, I have a perfect cooked foie gras. I really recommend this brand. What's more, it's deveined. A plus for me.
