Contacted customer service to cancel order before it was shipped. Did not hear back within 48 hrs and posted on their email. Got shipped anyways. Contacted support again asking for a refund and only got sent the return slip. It wasn’t my fault that it got shipped out. So I should’ve just gotten a full refund. Canceling my membership.
