Heads work okay, some bristles come out with use and need to be plucked out. I was disappointed that my refill order was mailed in a plastic envelope. I think most people are switching to bamboo products to reduce plastic use.

I love the quality of this toothbrush. It does a great job cleaning my teeth. The best part—no plastic.

It's good but took way too long to ship and it's expensive.
