The course has enabled me know that the cues I give my toddler, the connection and responsiveness my toddler needs actually helps for better bedtime and better sleep. And yes it IS working out!

Really enjoyed learning about the science of sleep, but the toddler course is definitely aimed for youngsters older than at least two years old. The suggestions made in the toddler sleep course are too advanced for my 18 month old who doesn’t have the cognitive skills to understand the concepts encouraged in the course, but she is also too old for newborn sleep course. Having skills and tips for this age in between ages from the author would be very useful!

I haven't even finished the course yet but it’s made a huge difference already. Learning specific words to say and adjusting our routine to be more flexible have made things so much smoother and less stressful. My 4-year old is no longer screaming and crying when I leave her room (I felt like the worst mum when that happened), and my 2-year old is starting to test boundaries but I have a lot more confidence in calming her enough to sleep. Would definitely recommend this course if, like me, you’re looking for something that will help without leaving them to cry!
